Seasonal Integration
Seasonal Integration is the practice of living in rhythm with the cycles of nature. Each season carries its own energy, lessons, and pace. When we attune to these shifts, we learn when to rest, when to grow, when to create, and when to release, allowing our lives to move in harmony with the world around us.

January - 12th night
January is the deep winter quiet. The land rests under cold skies, and we are invited to do the same by slowing our pace and listening inward. This is a month for reflection, dreaming, and gently setting intentions that will unfold later

Spring is fully stirring, and the world becomes bright with possibility. Beltaine approaches, calling in passion, creativity, and life force. This is a time to plant, to create, and to say yes to growth.

Beltane's fire alit as flowers open and green life expands. Energy rises in our bodies and in the land, asking us to nurture what we began earlier in the season. This month favors action guided by joy.
